Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste properly Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or organizing ingredients when needed Support bussing duties by clearing tables and resetting dining areas promptly during service Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and utensils for food service Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance Help set up banquet or catering events by providing clean dishware and assisting with basic food prep tasks Skills Strong understanding of food handling safety and sanitation standards Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering settings Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Basic culinary skills including food preparation and cleaning techniques Familiarity with bussing tables and supporting food service operations Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward hospitality duties Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required This role offers an engaging opportunity to be an essential part of a vibrant hospitality team.
