Dishwasher

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
• Sweep or scrub floors
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
• Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment

Skills:

• Hospitality:

  Provide friendly and efficient service to customers and coworkers

• Catering:

  Assist with food preparation and setup for catering events
• Food preparation: Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed
• Food handling: Follow proper food safety and handling procedures

• Bussing:

  Clear tables and clean dining areas during busy times

• Culinary:

  Gain exposure to culinary techniques and learn from experienced chefs

• Restaurant:

  Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
