Duties Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards. Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure smooth flow of service during busy hours. Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients or plating dishes under supervision. Support catering events and banquet setups by transporting supplies, setting up stations, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and dining areas to promote safety and hygiene. Help with organizing storage areas for supplies, utensils, and cleaning products. Collaborate with servers, cooks, and management to deliver seamless service experiences for guests. Skills Strong understanding of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards. Experience in bussing tables and supporting food service operations in restaurants or hotels. Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen procedures. Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards hospitality service. Familiarity with catering setups, banquet functions, or large-scale events is a plus. Willingness to learn new skills related to culinary support, cleaning routines, and customer service.
