Dishwasher/Food Prep

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and energetic Dishwasher/Food Prep to join our vibrant food service team. Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items. Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and ensuring timely delivery of prepared food. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and storage spaces in accordance with health and safety standards. Help with food handling duties by following proper procedures for storage, labeling, and sanitation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during service hours. Follow all safety protocols to create a safe environment for staff and guests alike. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of basic food handling practices and sanitation standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills. Experience with catering or banquet settings is a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. A genuine interest in culinary operations and hospitality services.
