Job Description
Dishwasher Fishkill, NY 12524 From $16 an hour

- Full-time Maya Cafe + Cantina in Fishkill NY is a full-service Mexican restaurant looking for a reliable, hardworking dishwasher to join our team.
What You'll Do:
- Keep up with dish and glassware volume during service, ensuring clean supply is always stocked
- Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas (dry, refrigerated, and freezer)
- Handle trash and recycling throughout the shift
- Participate in weekly deep-cleaning projects (equipment, drains, walls, storage)
- Support the kitchen team with basic prep and cleaning tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Dependable and punctual, we run lunch and dinner service 7 days a week
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Team player who takes pride in a clean workspace
- Previous restaurant experience a plus, but not required, we'll train the right person Pay +
Schedule:
- Must have a social security card and photo ID, or employment authorization documents
- $16/hour + overtime opportunity (10-12 hrs/week regularly available)

- Mantener el flujo de platos y cristalería durante el servicio, asegurando que siempre haya suficiente vajilla limpia disponible
- Ayudar a recibir y desempacar entregas
- Mantener limpieza y organización en las áreas de almacenamiento (seco, refrigerado y congelador)
- Manejar la basura y el reciclaje durante el turno

Lo Que Buscamos:
- Debe contar con una tarjeta del Seguro Social y una identificación con fotografía, o documentos de autorización de empleo
- Capacidad para mantenerse enfocado en un ambiente de cocina de ritmo rápido
- Alguien que trabaje en equipo y se enorgullezca de un espacio de trabajo limpio
- Experiencia previa en restaurante es una ventaja, pero no es requisito, capacitamos a la persona correcta Pago y
Horario:
- $16/hora + oportunidad de horas extras/overtime pay (10-12 horas/semana disponibles regularmente)
- Horas semanales consistentes en un ambiente estable y de equipo
