Job Description

Overview Secret Thai Kitchen is looking for a Food Prep / Dishwasher to join our team. We are a Thai restaurant located on Nautical Mile in Freeport. This is a hybrid role combining both dishwashing and basic food prep in a fast-paced kitchen.
Schedule:
Wednesday or Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Hours:
25-30 hours per week Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Keep dish area clean and organized Prep vegetables and meats (cutting required) Portion ingredients and assist with basic food prep Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness (sweeping, mopping, sanitizing) Help receive and organize kitchen supplies Requirements Comfortable using a knife to cut vegetables and meats Able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods Able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Experience Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is required
Pay:
From $18.25 per hour
