Duties Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and hygienic. Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to support smooth service flow. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping or assembling ingredients under supervision. Help with general cleaning duties in the kitchen and dining areas to uphold health and safety standards. Assist with catering setups and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use. Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain compliance with safety regulations. Skills Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and sanitation standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues. Basic understanding of food handling safety practices. Willingness to assist with food preparation, bussing, and catering tasks as needed. Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving items throughout shifts.
