Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to uphold hygiene standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients to support chefs and cooks. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including counters, floors, sinks, and storage spaces. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Help with bussing tables in dining areas during busy service times to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and a positive work environment. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude. Basic understanding of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking support, and serving.
