Massapequa Park, NY We're looking for a dedicated FULL-Time Salad / Dishwasher to join our hardworking kitchen team . What You'll Do:

Work alongside our Kitchen Manager to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before service. Execute food preparation and presentation to high standards. Properly use and maintain kitchen equipment, following safety guidelines. Open and close the kitchen following protocols and Health Department regulations. Ensure all food storage areas are properly organized and products are stored safely and hygienically.

What We're Looking For:

1+ years of experience in a professional kitchen Ability to work both day and evening shifts (two days off per week for Full Time). Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a calm and focused demeanor. Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude. Familiarity with receiving and organizing deliveries. Physical stamina to stand for full shifts.

Pay:
