Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas including floors, counters, sinks, restroom, and storage spaces through regular cleaning routines. Help with food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Support kitchen staff with general Porter duties such as moving supplies and organizing storage areas to promote an efficient workspace. Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with basic food handling safety standards and cleaning protocols. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items safely. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail-oriented work ethic. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues across various roles such as serving, bussing, or food prep. Experience in banquet or catering settings is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
