Job Description

responsible for Maintaining clean, sanitary stock of dishes and utensils. operates dishwasher machine safely, running dishes through cycle allowing to fully dry and restocks in designated storage areas properly. Removes garbage bags that are full and replaces with new clean bags, cleaning out cans when soiled. Cleans tables, sanitizes equipment and tables; other cleaning duties as assigned in dining area and kitchen/ work area. Maintains a clean, sanitary work area. ensures safe storage of dish carts and other related equipment. responsible for logging information on cleaning lists, as well as dishwasher operating information. (water temperatures, sanitizer PH levels etc) Sweeping and mopping Kitchen and dining room areas Must understand and speak the English language
