Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to support our busy kitchen operations. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness, ensuring food safety, and assisting with food preparation to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, food service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning. Support bussing duties by clearing tables and resetting dining areas promptly. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, work areas, and storage spaces throughout shifts. Help with catering events or banquet setups as needed, ensuring timely and organized service. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality. Assist kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks when required, supporting overall kitchen operations. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to create a safe environment for staff and guests. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation, cleaning protocols, and food handling safety standards. Experience with banquet service, hotel kitchens, or culinary settings is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic cooking skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment are desirable. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
