Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen. You will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized, contributing to the overall success of our food service operations. Duties Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, and cooking tools efficiently. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and organized. Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed. Help manage the flow of dirty dishes from the dining area to the dishwashing station. Ensure that all dishes are returned to their proper locations after cleaning. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation processes is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
