Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to support smooth food service operations. Support food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or ingredient handling under supervision. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dishwashing equipment, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines. Aid in catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is spotless and ready for use. Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for ongoing food service needs. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Familiarity with basic cleaning techniques and maintaining sanitation standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency. Knowledge of food handling safety practices is a plus. Experience with catering or banquet settings can be advantageous but is not mandatory. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting a busy hospitality environment. Prior kitchen or hotel experience is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
