Job Description
- Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with bussing tables and washing dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Responsibilities
- Assist with bussing tables during peak dining hours
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Support kitchen staff as needed
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized
- Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen hygiene practices
