The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all items are properly stored after cleaning. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including peeling, chopping, and organizing ingredients. Help maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and notify management when stock is low. Support the kitchen staff during peak hours by providing assistance with various tasks. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean working environment. Participate in banquet or catering events as required, ensuring all service items are clean and ready for use. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
