Job Description
Responsibilities:
Part time- Monday-Saturday and Sunday 3pm-11pm
- Wash dishes, pots and pans, during service, return to storage area
- Washes pots, pans and trays by hand and/or machine
- Distributes all utensils, china, silverware, and pots to appropriate areas after washing
- Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, stoves, grills, prep tables, tables & counters
- Responsible for ensuring exemplary level of cleanliness and sanitation at all dining services locations
- Clean glass doors, windows, sneeze guards, salad bars, drink machines, counters, sweep and mop floors
- Maintain relationship with all kitchen staff to ensure quality of work
- Maintain the dish pit to ensure the highest level of safety and sanitation
- Minor kitchen prep work expected and often relied upon
- Manage sanitation of work utensils, plates, silverware & glassware
- Removal of waste and recycling from all Kitchen and Food & Beverage workstations.
- Deep cleaning of floors, sinks, cooler and freezer units.
