Dishwasher/Busser

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will support food service operations by ensuring dishes are properly cleaned, assisting with bussing tables, and contributing to a smooth dining experience. Previous experience in food service, catering, or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable hospitality and culinary experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met. Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a tidy dining area. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic plating or garnishing. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, and service areas through regular cleaning routines. Follow all food handling and safety protocols to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is advantageous but not mandatory. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards assisting colleagues and guests. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or special event shifts as needed. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads (up to 50 pounds), and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
