Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dishwasher /Food Preparation Worker to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly by assisting with food preparation tasks and maintaining cleanliness. Duties Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing work surfaces. Help with the storage of food products, ensuring proper handling and labeling. Support cooks and chefs by providing necessary ingredients and tools during meal preparation. Participate in food handling practices that adhere to health and safety regulations. Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas as needed to ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and basic cooking techniques is advantageous. Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organizational skills are essential. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being able to take initiative when necessary.
