Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly. Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and handling basic ingredients when needed. Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service. Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to maintain a welcoming environment for guests. Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service hours. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with food handling, cleaning protocols, and sanitation practices in a hospitality setting is advantageous. Experience working in banquet or catering environments can be a plus. Knowledge of basic kitchen operations such as bussing or food preparation enhances your ability to support the team effectively. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary operations and guest satisfaction.
