Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This energetic position ensures that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to a seamless dining experience for our guests. Whether supporting food preparation, assisting with catering events, or maintaining cleanliness during busy service hours, you'll be an essential part of our culinary operations. Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and promptly Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and handling basic food items when needed Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas to meet health and safety standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during peak hours and special events Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance Assist in inventory management by notifying supervisors of supplies needed for cleaning or food prep Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with food service operations such as bussing, food handling, or catering is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong attention to detail when cleaning and organizing work areas Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in fast-paced environments Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to food service and sanitation Experience in banquet settings or hotel kitchens is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry by ensuring our kitchens operate smoothly and safely.
