Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to ensure availability for ongoing food preparation and service Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning items according to safety standards Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and ensuring all items are clean and ready for service Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and safety standards at all times Assist in maintaining inventory of dishware, utensils, and cleaning supplies to ensure stock levels are adequate Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
