Wash and dry dishes ensuring clean stock is available Clean pots and pans per health standards Keep kitchen work stations clean Follow established operating procedure in handling and taking out garbage as well as maintenance of the garbage dumpster areas Comply with established sanitation standards Other responsibilities as may be assigned
