About This Role:

This position is essential to keeping the kitchen running smoothly. You will be responsible for dishwashing, basic prep, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen. This is a fast-paced environment that requires consistency, awareness, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Wash and maintain all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Keep dish area clean, organized, and running efficiently at all times Assist with basic food prep as needed Take out trash and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and surrounding areas Restock supplies and support the kitchen team during service Follow all safety and sanitation standards
