Full Time Summary:

Under the direction of the Sous Chef on duty, the incumbent is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the dish machine

Responsibilities:

1. Operates dish machine and a three compartment washing sink. 2. Ensures highest sanitation levels for all items previously used so that they may be used again in clean condition and free of any contamination risk. 3. Removes all trash and maintains loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition. 4. Stocks all plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning. 5. Cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment. 6. Must have working knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation. 7. Maintains care and cleanliness of kitchen equipment, walk-ins, work areas, utensils, etc. 8. Maintains a professional appearance at all times. 9. May assist culinary staff when required. 10. Assumes/performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION

Ability to read, write and understand English. High School Diploma or GED preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Basic computer skills, including email, time-clocks/electronic time-clocks. Previous experience required.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

Tulsa County Food Handler's Card is required for all F&B positions. Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license when required.

JOB DEMANDS

Has ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. up to 49". Ability to stand for long periods of time; squat, crouch, reach, and maneuver in all areas of kitchen and casino, frequent ascent/descent from bus stairs, travel to various on/off site venues, which may involve elevation changes in surfaces. Visual acuity to discern and examine text, graphics, color and symmetry. Speech to communicate clearly, express ideas and convey information in an understandable manner. Ability to hear for listening comprehension and to understand ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and examine documents, records and files.
