Job Description
Zydeco Kitchen & Cocktails is seeking a skilled, positive, and team-oriented AM Prep Cook/Dishwasher to join our culinary family. Our kitchen is a fast-paced, professional, and high-energy environment. We specialize in American Southern-inspired cuisine, utilizing local and Pacific Northwest ingredients. We value our culinary staff and offer competitive compensation for those eager to excel and grow professionally. Prep team members with advanced knife skills, self-motivation, and the ability to read recipes and execute high-quality food will start at $22 plus tips with a 90 day review. Benefits include health insurance, matching 401k, and a downtown parking permit. Many of our culinary staff members have been with us for ten years or longer, reflecting our commitment to a strong culinary family and fair compensation. Baking and sauce making experience is a plus.
