In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting the culinary team with food preparation and service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure a smooth operation, delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food handling, hospitality, and kitchen operations within a dynamic setting. Responsibilities Properly wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and basic plating under supervision Support the catering team in setting up banquet or event spaces, including arranging tables, serving stations, and cleaning after events Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste regularly Buss tables during service hours by clearing plates, refilling supplies, and ensuring guest areas remain tidy Follow food handling protocols to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient food service and customer satisfaction during busy periods Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential Familiarity with basic food handling procedures and cleaning practices within a commercial kitchen setting Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items or bending frequently Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues during high-pressure situations Knowledge of catering or banquet experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate A genuine interest in culinary arts, hospitality, or hotel operations is highly valued Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while honing your skills in a fast-paced environment.
