Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen
- Assist with meal preparation and food presentation
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Culinary training or certification is a plus
Skills:
- Proficient in various cooking techniques and meal preparation methods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
- Knowledge of different types of cuisines and flavor profiles
- Knife skills for chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
