We work hard, play hard, and value a kitchen crew that keeps the gears turning behind the scenes. We are looking for a reliable, high-energy Dishwasher & Prep Cook to join our team. If you love food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a unique catering crew, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do This isn't your average dish pit gig. You'll split your time between keeping our operation spotless and helping our culinary team prep delicious ingredients.

The Wash:

Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, pots, pans, and catering equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace.

The Prep:

Assist chefs with basic food prep (chopping veggies, portioning proteins, washing produce, and packing out gear for off-site events).

The Pack:

Help load and unload catering vehicles with food, equipment, and supplies for our outdoor adventure events.

The Team:

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines while bringing a positive, collaborative attitude to the kitchen.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Previous kitchen, dishwashing, or prep experience

Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to [e.g., 40-50 lbs] (catering gear can get heavy).

Vibe:

A reliable individual who takes pride in a clean kitchen and is flexible, has an eye for detail and excels in a team environment.

Flexibility:

Availability to work weekends and evenings (when the best adventures happen). Ability to take initiative when seeing that a job needs to be done.
