JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. This role supports both food preparation and dishwashing, helping our culinary team create thoughtful meals while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. every role contributes to the guest experience. The ideal candidate enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in doing things well, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Would you like more hours? Cross training to kitchen assistant/server is a possibility with an OLCC License!

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ months restaurant experience.
• Food Handler's License.
• Must be available nights & weekends.
• Must lift up to 50lbs.

JOB DUTIES

• Assist with food preparation as directed
• Support dinner service with prep, plating assistance, and cleanup as needed
• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and equipment
• Keep kitchen work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Restock ingredients and supplies
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
• Pitch in where needed to keep service flowing and the team supported
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards consistently PAY
• $15.05 - $25.00 per hour HOURS
• Must be available evenings & weekends.
• Part-time positions with potential for full-time based on cross-training availability.
