DISHWASHER
Associates are paid weekly! SUMMARY Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Clean, organize, and return all dishware coming into kitchen from banquets, restaurant, and room service outlets. Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine. Wash select items (e.g., dishes, pots, pans, trays) by hand. Sort and stack clean dishes. Basic upkeep of the dish machine which includes breaking down, cleaning, and sanitizing the dish machine at the end of each shift, monitoring chemical levels, monitoring temperature levels, and checking for any mechanical issues. Remove trash and garbage, take to dumpsters. General maintenance of kitchen includes sweep/mop floors, wash walls, clean and roll/unroll mats. Complete side work to include preparation of some food items as well as cleaning areas of the restaurant as requested by supervisor. Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor. Keep work areas clean and organized. Report all unsafe conditions immediately. Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position. Treating others with respect and behaving in a manner that is positive, productive and encourages teamwork at all times is an essential function of this job.

- 75lbs frequently, maximum weight frequently 100lbs. Walks and stands during entire shift on cement, tile, asphalt, and carpet. Reaching/overhead extension to pull items down. Pushing and pulling handcarts weight frequently 5
- 75lbs, maximum weight 100lbs.
Repetitive motions of bending, kneeling, stooping, and twisting.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working with and exposed to fumes, chemicals, vibrations, humidity, cold, heat, dust, and noise. Working with and around all types of kitchen equipment (e.g., oven, slicer, steamer, stock pots, fryer, stove tops, heat lamp, toaster). Must adhere to the Hotel's safety standards and procedures; hearing, eye, hand protection for equipment operation.

Effectively manage time (e.g., time spent washing, planning, prioritizing) Ability to communicate with guests as well as team members. Follow all safety procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Food Handlers permit. Must be able to read labels on chemicals. Knowledge of workplace safety procedures. must pass criminal background check.
