Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep professional, where your energy and attention to detail will play a vital role in creating a seamless dining experience. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment while assisting with food preparation and service. Your dedication ensures that our kitchen operates efficiently, supporting culinary excellence and hospitality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food handling, cleaning, and basic cooking within a fast-paced vibrant team setting. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen surfaces through regular cleaning routines. Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and ensuring timely delivery of prepared items. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Help with bussing tables during service hours to maintain a clean dining environment for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent guest service. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with basic food handling, cleaning protocols, and kitchen safety standards. Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in fast-paced environments. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques such as chopping or portioning is advantageous. A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen setting.
