Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Dishwasher/Busser, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our restaurant running smoothly and efficiently. In this dynamic role, you'll be the backbone of our service operation, ensuring that dishes are spotless, tables are promptly cleared, and the dining environment remains clean, welcoming, and organized. Whether assisting with food prep, maintaining cleanliness, or supporting catering events, your contribution is vital to our success. Duties Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a steady flow of service during busy hours Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently using proper techniques Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or basic plating support when needed Support banquet and catering setups by cleaning dishes and ensuring serving areas are tidy Maintain cleanliness in all food service areas by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations enhances your ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting Experience with food preparation or catering supports your ability to assist in various roles within the team Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food safety standards is advantageous A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential for success in this energetic role Join us and become a key part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences through teamwork, cleanliness, and exceptional service!
