Kitchen Prep/Dishwasher

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Prep/Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at Chehalem Estate. As a prep and dishwasher, you play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing and kitchen area. Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and other basic kitchen duties as needed. Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards. Empty trash, clean floors, and perform other janitorial tasks as required. Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations. Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.

Qualifications:

No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed. Willingness to work at multiple locations when needed.
