Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of service during busy hours Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly to maintain cleanliness standards Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas through regular cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and cleaning procedures Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending comfortably Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a fast-paced setting Basic understanding of kitchen operations including bussing, dishwashing, and light food prep Enthusiasm for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences Willingness to learn new skills related to culinary support and food service operations Join us in creating memorable dining moments!
