Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and service stations through regular cleaning routines Support catering and banquet setups by preparing food items and ensuring all serving ware is ready for events Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality in all food-related tasks Buss tables during service hours by clearing dishes, resetting tables, and assisting servers as needed Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively with colleagues and adhering to hospitality standards Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
