Duties Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning Support the catering and banquet teams with setup, breakdown, and food handling during events Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas regularly Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed in compliance with health regulations Buss tables and clear dining areas efficiently during service hours Support the culinary team with general kitchen organization and inventory management when needed Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred but not required Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation is a plus Experience with catering or banquet service is advantageous but not mandatory Willingness to learn new skills related to food prep and kitchen operations This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational culinary skills while contributing to a vibrant hospitality environment.
