Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to ensure a safe working environment Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing supplies when needed Support catering and banquet setups by providing clean dishes and assisting with basic food handling tasks Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean utensils for food service Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling to promote sustainability efforts Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations to maintain compliance with health standards Experience Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with basic kitchen operations such as bussing, food handling, or cleaning is advantageous Experience working in banquet or large-scale catering settings enhances your ability to adapt quickly in busy environments Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff and servers This role offers an engaging opportunity to be an essential part of a lively hospitality team.
