Responsibilities Bring all kitchen and dining room dishes from upstairs to downstairs Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health standards. Support all staff by providing timely cleaning and setup assistance. Maintain cleanliness of all service stations and dishwasher spaces through regular cleaning routines. Collaborate with servers, cooks, and management to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with bussing and cleaning. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues.
