Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and stocked with necessary supplies Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or handling basic food items when needed Support banquet and catering events by providing timely dishwashing and cleanup services Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene compliance Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline workflow during busy service periods Help with general cleaning duties across the kitchen and dining areas to uphold a pristine environment Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues during peak hours Experience in bussing or assisting with food preparation, catering, or banquet setups is a plus Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation or hotel experience can be advantageous but not required Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry by applying your energy and attention to detail as a Dishwasher.
