Your support to the service team is to ensure that all the kitchen and dining room run smoothly with the required tools and material.

Primary Duties:

To ensure that all areas stocked in both Back and Front of House for a quick and efficient service by providing clean plates, glassware, and kitchen tools throughout service.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

Maintain cleanliness of work area Clean all service items coming from dining room and kitchen team Assist with proper set-up and opening of the restaurant, as well as break-down and closing
