Duties Responsible for thoroughly cleaning dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure sanitation standards are met. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support kitchen staff during service. Support bussing duties by clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas when needed. Help with basic food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and food prep areas through regular cleaning routines. Support the culinary team with general kitchen duties to ensure smooth operation during busy service times. Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required. Experience with food preparation, bussing, or banquet service is a plus. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and basic cooking techniques is advantageous. Candidates with hotel or culinary experience will find this role an excellent opportunity to expand their skills.
