Part time Kitchen help/dishwasher Sunset West Restaurant Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Kitchen Help/Dishwasher, where your energy and attention to cleanliness will keep our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. Must be available to work either 7a-2p or 2p-8p; three to four days a week. This vital role supports food service operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment. Whether assisting with basic food prep, bussing tables, or handling dishwashing duties, you'll be an essential part of delivering excellent hospitality experiences. Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly to ensure cleanliness and availability for food preparation and service Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients under supervision Support bussing tables and clearing dining areas to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment for guests Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, storage areas, and dining spaces by following proper sanitation procedures Handle food handling responsibilities with care, adhering to safety standards and hygiene regulations Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop culinary skills, gain hospitality experience, and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to exceptional service.
