In this vital role, you will ensure that our kitchen operates smoothly by maintaining cleanliness and organization. Your contributions will help create a welcoming dining experience for our guests. What you'll do Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Participate in banquet/restaurant setups and breakdowns, ensuring all items are properly cleaned Follow food handling safety protocols to guarantee the highest standards of hygiene Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a spotless work environment Basic qualifications Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to shift gears and jump kitchen to kitchen as needed to assist Preferred qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting Familiarity with food service operations and culinary practices Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus Why you'll love it here We're dedicated to fostering an environment where our team members can thrive both personally and professionally.
