Utility Duties & Responsibilities:

Washing, sanitizing, and maintenance of food production equipment & service ware determined by the supervisor and cleaning schedule. The removal of trash and waste, as determined by supervisor, to a determined location. Receive, unpack, unwrap, rotate, & stow deliveries into appropriate refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms via supervisor's instructions. Sweep, mop and maintain floors and trash disposal.
