Dishwasher/Food Prep

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dish Washer/ Food Preparation Worker to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of food items in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage and handling. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all tools are cleaned and sanitized after use. Support chefs and cooks by performing tasks such as chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes. Monitor food quality during preparation to ensure freshness and adherence to health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in culinary settings such as restaurants, hotels, or catering is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in a busy kitchen environment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
