Your dedication to cleanliness and teamwork will help create a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests. Duties Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques Assist with basic food preparation tasks to support culinary staff during peak hours Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, and surrounding areas to meet health and safety standards Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service Buss tables and clear dining areas promptly to facilitate smooth food service operations Follow food handling procedures carefully to ensure hygiene compliance across all tasks Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items needed for meal service Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy shifts Basic understanding of kitchen operations such as bussing, food prep, and cleaning procedures Experience with banquet or large-scale catering events is a plus but not mandatory Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment in accordance with health regulations Join us as a Daytime Dishwasher and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
