Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to uphold health standards. Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to support seamless food service operations. Support food preparation activities by organizing ingredients and supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Help with catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and food handling safety protocols. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items or bending. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a fast-paced setting. Experience with bussing, food preparation, or catering is a plus; familiarity with banquet or hotel environments is advantageous.
