Responsibilities Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to meet hygiene standards. Support food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or ingredient setup when needed. Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during busy service times. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces by following proper sanitation procedures. Help with food handling and storage to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Support catering and banquet events by providing clean dishware and assisting with setup or breakdown. Follow all health and safety guidelines to create a safe environment for staff and guests. Skills Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant environments is a plus but not required. Knowledge of cleaning practices, food handling, and safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Basic understanding of kitchen operations including bussing, food preparation, and catering support. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others succeed. Flexibility to adapt to different tasks such as cleaning, food handling, or assisting in food service as needed. Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
