Job Description
Otto Izakaya Downtown is an award-winning Korean-Japanese fusion restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Greenville. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking part-time dishwasher to support our kitchen and help keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area, kitchen floors, and trash areas Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed (restocking, light prep, cleaning) Follow all health and safety guidelines Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented No experience required (training provided) Ability to work weekends from 6pm to 2am Must be at least 18 years old Why Work at Otto Izakaya Employee meal discounts Consistent hours in a busy Downtown restaurant Supportive management and respectful team environment Opportunity for growth into prep cook or kitchen positions Schedule Part-time (weekdays from 6pm to 1am)
